Let's taco 'bout what's new on the menu!
Spring flavors are bursting with color and nutrition at Chaia. These lighter, brighter seasonal offerings suit us just fine and we know they'll make the perfect addition to your weekly meals too - while they last.
Our GREEN GAZPACHO with cucumber, tomatillos, cilantro & jalapeño is a chilled, refreshing, and herbaceous soup perfect for picnicking.
As June's warm weather begins to settle into the area, it means it's time to bring back the RAINBOW CHARD QUESADILLA in celebration of Pride Month! It's made with toasted cumin, pepperjack & habanero pepita salsa.
BUILDING COMMUNITY
We just wrapped up a wonderful (too quick!) trip to Charleston, South Carolina where we joined more than 350 fellow women in hospitality for FAB, an educational and inspirational workshop, now in its 6th year.
We feel refreshed after being among so many talented entrepreneurs, swapping stories from a challenging past couple of years and taking important time to learn from one another.
One of our favorite themes throughout FAB’s panels of experts on a wide swath of topics: storytelling! We loved hearing from others who share our passion and purpose for a career in hospitality — we’re all really in the business of telling our own stories and offering our unique points of view, with food as the vehicle.
