Did you catch us in Restaurant Dive? We’re seeing more and more restaurants, including household-name fast-food chains, bringing plant-based options to their menus. Our take: We welcome the growing availability of plant-based meat alternatives as a helpful “once-in-a-while” food. The bottom line: eating fresh, local, whole vegetables is still the best thing you can do for your health and the health of the environment. Read more here!

It’s no secret that this has been a doozy of a start to the year for all of us, and we are so fortunate to continue to feel the love from our amazing community of Chaia friends, supporters, and fellow small businesses.
