Let’s Taco ‘Bout  Composing a Menu

We have worked on many menus - for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, the winter solstice, the summer solstice, board meetings, art openings, college reunions, and so on. Each menu is a reminder of a particular place and time, the cooks who worked to create something delicious, and the people who gathered. Some of our best menus were composed by considering what foods are at their peak, who will be at the table, and what we like cooking and eating ourselves. 

Yes, we still taste and love to eat everything on our Chaia menu. And whether they are old or new, menus remind us of our experiences combined with the best of what's in season and what we love to eat. Tacos for life!
