Raise your hand if you’ve been bombarded by New Year’s promos that promise to change your life by making you change, well, everything about your life - including what you eat and drink.

The truth is, you don’t have to upend your every day to make an impact - some solutions are as simple as this: Eat. More. Vegetables.* And make them delicious.

At Chaia, we aren’t vegetarian or vegan evangelists, but we do hold two things to be true:

1) You don’t have to be a vegetarian to enjoy vegetables.
2) The small things we do can make a big difference. 

This month, we’re sharing info on how putting vegetables at the center of your plate - even just 1x per week - can have a huge impact on your health and the health of our environment. As inspiration, we’re asking our Chaia community to share how they’re putting veggies in “leading roles” at home, at Chaia, or elsewhere around the DC metro area, all with the goal of inspiring us to Eat More Vegetables…or EMV in the DMV!
