Forget everything you know about traditional tacos. Chaia is reimagining the taco, making it delicious and nutritious, packing each handmade corn tortilla with only the freshest, most flavorful vegetables. And only vegetables. Each combination is expertly prepared and accented with delicious toppings and house made salsas.

You ask: "What makes you so unique?"

Chaia is the only taco shop focused solely on vegetables. No meat. No processed food. No exceptions. Sure, other taco shops and trucks and Mexican restaurants may offer a vegetarian option. At Chaia, vegetables are not an afterthought...they’re our only thought. Which is why we give vegetables all the love and attention they deserve. The result is a great tasting taco that gives carnitas a real run for the money.

Just because we make tacos with vegetables, doesn’t mean we simply cater to vegetarians and vegans. Our tacos are so delicious that carnivores love them, too.

Why vegetables? Several reasons actually. When vegetables are super fresh, in season, and prepared with love and expertise, there’s nothing any better when it comes to taste, nutrition, and the environment. If we all eat more vegetables and less meat, the planet will thank us. (Don’t worry, we won’t judge you if you eat meat. We do, too.)
